Dell Inspiron n7110 graphics and gaming graphics problems and screen resolution problems

I have a dell Inspiron n7110 with 8 gb ram and a intel core i3 processor and I recently changed my windows 7 to home premium from ultimate due to no product key for the ultimate version.
I don't know why the gaming graphics and graphics are so low.
The screen resolution is also is not very clear and my resolution is all the way up.
The screen resolution used to be clear before I changed versions of  windows 7.
Do I need to buy a better graphics card? Do I need to do driver updates of some sort? And if
I do need a new graphics card can someone give me suggestions.

When reinstalling Win7 you do need to also reinstall graphics, and all of the current versions

1. Access the files on your computer via MY COMPUTER
2. Under the C: drive, access the WINDOWS folder
3. Select the SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION folder, followed by the DOWNLOAD folder.
