I have a complicate excel problem that I'm not sure how to even ask the question.  I have contractors that are only allow to work 50 hours every 7 days.  When i say 7 days it's not just from Monday to Sunday, it's every rolling 7 days like from the 1st
to 7th, 2nd to 8th, 3rd to 9th, etc.
they can't work over 50 hours.  I have a spread sheet where i enter their hours worked from cell 1 thru 6 and sum in cell 7.  I would like cell 7 to be highlighted in red if it goes over 50 hrs if possible.  And in cell
8 I have cell 7-50 to show how many hours they have available to work the next day.  Right now I manually enter the previous 6 days hrs work at the end of the day for each contractor to see how many hours they can work the next day.  Is there a way that I
can at the end of the day click a button or click a cell or something that will shift cell 2 to 6 to cell 1 to 5 so i only have to enter one day at the end and not enter everything everyday?  Like a refresh button that will shift the cells up one?  Please
help!!!
