Can you install a RAM disk above the 16GB barrier in Windows 7 Home Premium?

When I built my Windows 7 machine, I put 6GB of RAM in it and installed Windows 7 Home Premium.
Recently, I found a good deal on an additional 12GB of RAM.
Even though Home Premium is limited to 16GB total, it was still a good deal and worth it to upgrade.
Today I saw a link implying that you could install a RAM disk and use the previously unusable memory above 16GB for it.
Although I am happy with 16GB of usable memory, if I can use that extra 2GB somehow, that would be a nice bonus.
The question is, is this
true?

I know that there are RAM disk programs that claim to break the 4GB barrier in 32-bit systems.
I wonder if this is actually what the poster meant? Unfortunately, I don't have the link where I saw the 16GB claim anymore. Has anyone heard of this possibility,
and if so, can you post a link to the program that can do it? Or if it is out of the question, can you let me know that as well?

I have not done this with Windows 7 yet doing so should not be an issue.
RAM Disks are not needed as
much with SSD drives available.

Yes it is "possible" to use a RAM disk to access memory above 16 GB.
Accessing memory above the OS
limits was even available back in the DOS days where I put COMMAND.COM on a RAM DISK above the
640K limits.
That reduced the disk READS for command.com and increased system performance.

Tweak IE Options

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
• Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".
