I am installing Azure Tools 1.2 for Visual Studio 2010.  Part of the procedure involves getting a hotfix for "Visual Studio stability".  The hyperlink leads to "https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?DownloadID=16827&wa=wsignin1.0".
