Backup and Restore windows 7 doesn't see my backup

I created a backup using 

wbadmin start backup -backupTarget:E: -include:C: -allCritical -vssFull -quiet

to back up my C drive to my External Hard Drive, E:, and now when I try to restore it with backup and restore it says that there where no backups saved on the computer.
 I would love to use the Restore GUI to restore my files.
Please Help....
