Latest out of band patch, released 28/9/10. 
MS10-070 has not been released as a patch for .Net Framework v1.1 SP1 for Windows 7 (any version).  Bitdefender AV and Internet Security uses the aforementioned program and I have this installed on computers with this OS version at home.  It was not offered
when running the update program last night.  Have Microsoft missed something here in terms of suppport, as my machines are being left in a vulnerable state?
