Bar Chart - count & percentage

I want to show both the count & the percentage on my bar chart. I have a chart that compares data between two years. I am able to create the comparison charts with either the percentage of increase or decrease or the count but I want to show both the
percentage and the count as data labels.
Can I do that?

You can do this by adding the secondary Axis.
To do this in Excel 2007:
Click on a location within your chart so that the chart is activated and then from ribbon menu select the new contextual option
Chart Tools. From here select the Layout tab and and then move over to the left side of the ribbon menu and you should see a drop down that says "Chart Area" or something else based on what you have clicked on in the chart. Using this drop down select
"Series 'xx' " with the xx denoting what you wish to make as the second axis, for instance "Series Percentage".
Next click on Format Selection (located directly beneth the drop down).From the new po-up menu, at the bottom of the Series Options is a section called "Plot Series On". Select "Secondary Axis", click close.Finally from the Chart Tools contextual menu on the
Layout tab select Axes. From the new drop down you will be able to tell Excel how to display the secondary Axis items and you can format from the
Format tab.
You can play around with the options to see how you want it to look.
