Hi Marline,
The hyperlinks worked for me but I am not sending over the internet which can result in different behavior.
Did you create an action on click for the hyperlinks?
Like I said in my first reply you may have to select the hyperlinks and put a animation action on them where on click they will work.
You see when you and I are working with the slide show, we have PowerPoint editor and it just works.
Other people may not have the editor and that is where you have to create an action on the hyperlink AND likely provide them with the PowerPoint Viewer.
I'm not sure how to explain this differently....
This is not like when you put a hyperlink in e-mail.

A hyperlink in e-mail depends on the mail application, such as Outlook to provide some capability so when you click it activates the link.
In your case you are using email and embedding a PowerPoint presentation and then in that embedding a hyperlink and now its up to PowerPoint functionality to make the hyperlink function.
At this point it becomes a little dicey on getting it to work because you are embedding twice. 
So you may need to use the features in PowerPoint, such as a animation (action on click) to activate the hyperlink.
The only other thing that I can think of is if there is only one hyperlink then you may have to make the entire PowerPoint pasted graphic into a hyperlink in Outlook.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
