I still don't know what it means, can anyone help?

bitlocker Horrible Problem (encrypting process stopped and not continuing and I can't access my partition)

I was encrypting a partition (232GB) in my hard disk using BitLocker.
During the BitLocker encrypting process I have stopped the bitlocker using the task manager that's because it takes too much time and also much of the resources of the computer and makes it respond slowly and because I was needing to finish some work on
my computer quickly.
I have made this many times and when I restart computer it continues the encrypting process from where it stopped and when I need the computer again I stop it.
The horrible problem happened when I restarted my computer and the encrypting process didn't continue and when I try to access the partition I write the password correctly then the computer become very slowly responding and the partition don't open and
the BitLocker window keeps opened with no results.
Please help me how can I recover my partition as I have password only.
Information you may need:
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
My Hard disk is 1TB SATA
Any more information please let me know

Using System Restore

Click on the Start button on the Taskbar.
Type "System Restore" (without quotes) in the Search box and hit Enter or,
Click on System Restore (when you see System Restore pop up in the list of search results).
Make sure the "Recommended restore" radio button is checked on the restore utility window.
Click on Next and follow the instructions given.

Note: There is the option on the restore utility to select "Choose a different restore point". Unless you have a specific reason to select a different date and time than what Windows recommends, just select the recommended option stated in the steps above. I'm using IE9 and recently installed the Bing Bar. Every time I restart my computer the bar disappears. If I hit alt view to manage the toolbars bing bar isn't listed in the tool bars. If i try to reinstall it i get a popup saying that it's already
installed, and that i have to enable it from the "manage add-ons" menu in IE9. However, when I go into manage add-ons it isn't there. If I uninstall it then reinstall it, it will be usable until I restart, at which point I have to reinstall it again. I've
also tried uninstalling bing bar, downgrading to IE8, reinstalling bing bar, then upgrading to IE9 and I still have the issue of the bar disappearing after restart.

If you purchased & installed Office 2010 separately, you'll simply reinstall it after you do the clean install of Windows.

Boot in Safe Mode:

Open Run command as previously described
Type MSConfig
Click on Boot tab
Tick Safe boot in Boot option
Select Network
Click Apply and OK
Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.

It sounds as though you’ve had a recent infection and one of your ‘anti’ programs has removed the malware files, or some of them, but missed the entry in the registry, possibly due to an out-dated definitions database.
I suggest you, firstly, download
and run the free Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free to ensure that you are completely clean.
If you then restart the computer and the message is still appearing try one of these, but it is prudent to create a system restore point before you change the registry in (1) below:

The entry is probably in one of the \Run keys, but as the rascal could be hiding in a number of other keys, it’s quicker to search the whole registry.
Open a Run window (Windows Logo key+R), type regedit and press Enter.
Click Edit > Find and type the rogue’s name, put ticks in Keys, Values and Data, then click Find Next.
When it’s found in
the right pane, right-click it and delete it.
There should be only one entry but press F3 to continue searching, just to confirm there are no more.

If you’re concerned about making registry changes disable the entry using the system configuration utility, but bear in mind that you’re disabling the entry not deleting it as you would in (1) above.
Open a Run window (Windows Logo

Associating a specific column chart color with certain labels

I posted this in the PowerPoint forum a few hours ago and someone suggested trying here.
I am trying to report findings of a survey using column charts and scatter plots in PowerPoint. I have a list of 30 features in 5 categories. Each feature was rating on several dimensions (importance, satisfaction, etc.). I am going to present them in
a column chart - the basic one. To help keep track of things, I need to color code each feature category - so "safety" items are always blue, "cost" is always red, etc. That way you can see at a glance how each category is performing.
I'm going to have several consecutive slides with the same 30 features, but for different scales/questions. So the order is going to be different for each slide. I know how to manually change colors in bars, but I am hoping that there is a way to associate
a certain color for a certain set of features so that I don't have to do this manually on each slide.
Does this make sense? How is this done?
